If we need any information about you, you will always be expressly asked to provide it voluntarily.  Data obtained via data collection forms in the website or via any other means will be included in an automated file for personal data under the name “USERS" and Resolve Enerxía, S.L. shall be responsible for its safety. The company shall keep the data confidential and exclusively for the purposes of providing the requested services, with all legal and safety guarantees stipulated under Organic Law 15/1999, dated 13 December, regarding Protection of Personal Data and Law 34/2002, dated 11 July, regarding Information Society and Electronic Trade Services.

Resolve Enerxía, S.L. shall not transfer, sell or share the data with third parties without your prior express consent. At the same time, Resolve Enerxía, S.L.shall cancel or rectify data when deemed inadequate or incomplete or when the information is not longer needed or relevant for its purposes, in compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, dated 13 December, regarding Protection of Personal Data.

However, Resolve Enerxía, S.L. assumes no responsibility for any damage resulting from alterations caused by third parties to the computer systems, to electronic documents or to user files.
